OBJECTIVE or GOAL

To enable a Startup/Shutdown method in UNIFI.

ENVIRONMENT

• Vion
• Xevo G2-XS QTof
• Xevo G2-S QTof
• Xevo G2 QTof
• Xevo TQ
• Xevo TQD
• Xevo TQ-S
• I-Class
• H-Class
• M-Class
• All versions of UNIFI up to and including:
  • UNIFI V1.8.0
  • UNIFI V1.8.1
  • UNIFI V1.8.2

PROCEDURE

1. Go to Administration > Device Management > Instrument System and Modify instrument system.
2. The Startup/Shutdown tab is now available to select.
3. In Settings, choose the method you want to apply.
4. Select Enable Startup/Shutdown and the relevant time.
5. You can schedule the event, if necessary.
