SYNAPT HDMS error including the word "Aurora" - WKB30078

SYMPTOMS

• Any tune page error including the word "Aurora"

ENVIRONMENT

• SYNAPT HDMS

CAUSE

Corruption to part of the tune page

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Close MassLynx.
2. Go to the instrument folder C:\Masslynx\Aurora.
3. Look for three files:  Nonstorageexp.exp   Tuneprm.ipr   Tuneexp.exp
4. Delete these three files.
5. Reboot the acquisition computer.
6. Go into MassLynx. Errors should be gone and the tune page should be back to normal.
