MS Quan doesn't show data after processing - WKB290730

SYMPTOMS
- After processing data, MS Quan shows for some components only results between RT 0 and 1 minute. Looking at the data in LCMS toolkit, all data is shown

CAUSE
Two different acquisition methods are used with slightly different optimized MRM transitions. The differences were in hundreds. This can be caused by copying an MS Method from one workstation to another
The MS Quan software does not use the function numbers but MRM transition to link the correct channel to the component.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Make sure the masses for the MRM transitions in the MS Method are the same as in the processing method
- Use the same method on both systems
