A running acquisition sequence does not continue to the next injection - WKB281637

SYMPTOMS

• Sample Manager does not make injections after one to two weeks of UPLC reboot, but the SM can make injection after reboot
• After login/logoff from Windows, the running acquisition sequence does not continue to the next injection
• The Waters UPLC status shows Idle, and the MS is waiting for UPLC trigger
• Waters Driver Pack 2019 R1 is installed

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. For Analytical systems, use Waters Driver Pack 2023 R1, with full installation. 

    For Microscale systems, use Waters Driver Pack 2022 R1.

2. Next, install SCIEX CDS Analytical Support Layer 2.0.0 from the Waters website.
