Xevo TQD shows leak in the MS diverter valve - WKB267827

SYMPTOMS

• Leak in the diverter valve - pump to diverter valve tubing connection
• Diverter Rotor/Stator Kit (part 700009465) was replaced
• Replacing the two-piece connector in the pump to diverter valve tubing with a long fitting resolves the leak, but the fluidics pump judders, making a loud noise

ENVIRONMENT

• Xevo TQD
• Xevo TQ-S micro 

CAUSE

The waste line in the diverter valve is partially blocked or kinked, creating extra pressure and causing a leak in the weakest connection point.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Unblock the waste line or replace the waste tubing.
