CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Reboot the system in the following order.
2. Close MassLynx and run the stop Acquity processes located in: C:\Program Files (x86)\Instruments\Bin\StopAcquityProcesses.cmd.
3. Reboot the PC (keep MassLynx closed).
4. Reboot the LC modules manually. Wait until they go steadily green on the front displays.
5. Open MassLynx and test.
