Cannot start a sample batch; Lockmass Fluidics Check error appears - WKB242208

SYMPTOMS
- Submitted batch fails to start an injection; no data to display for the chromatogram
- The Xevo G2-XS QTof's Instrument System summary panel shows the reference purging, then infusing, then purging again before it errors with Lockmass Fluidics Check
- After failing, the Xevo G2-XS QTof's Summary option also shows Instrument Health Check with Lockmass Fluidics Check (see image below):
- Clearing all the WIPs across all users has no effect
- Can see lockmass signal on the tune page
- Restarting the workstation shows system is on sample 6 out of 14 when logging back in

CAUSE
Analysis stuck in the instrument queue
FIX or WORKAROUND
In System monitor, select the instrument system and click abort all on the sample list queue (this may need to be done twice if after a refresh the sample list is still present).
