Fluidics setup error with Vion - WKB237102

SYMPTOMS

• No errors show on initial instrument setup
• System gives fluidics setup error between injections
• Can reset error only by rerunning entire instrument setup

ENVIRONMENT

• Vion
• UNIFI 1.9.4
• Vion driver 2.0

CAUSE

Fluidics are slow to infuse lockspray, causing system check to fail.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Upgrade to the latest Vion driver version.
2. Adjust the acquisition test failure option customer method to continue with lockmass instead of stopping the acquisition.
