SYMPTOMS
- With SYNAPT G2 sample spray, no peak appears until about 10 minutes after refilling
- The rightmost diverter valve does not come out, even if it is short-circuited
- Replacing the tube around the valve does not help
- Purging does not help
- If the screw on the sample probe is removed when the peak does not appear, liquid is seen
ENVIRONMENT
- SYNAPT G2
CAUSE
There is a void in the sample probe.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Perform ESI probe maintenance.
