SYMPTOMS

CAUSE
The orange O-ring that sits under the gas cone nozzle on the ion block becomes worn and no longer maintains vacuum.
FIX or WORKAROUND

Close the isolation valve & keep it closed

Remove the cone & cone nozzle

Check o-ring and replace if damaged

Re-install both cone & cone nozzle

Check the vacuum
-
Re-open the isolation valve
If these steps don't resolve the problem
Replace the orange O-ring (700004728 for a package of 5)
