"Failed to update detector setup and ion area..." message after running detector setup in UNIFI - WKB116661

SYMPTOMS

• "Failed to update detector setup and ion area..." message observed after performing detector setup
• Nothing is shown in the results section (no pass or fail)
• Leu Enk intensity was adjusted to high e4 / low e5 signal in the manual tuning page before running detector setup

ENVIRONMENT

• UNIFI 1.9.4
• Xevo G2-XS Qtof
• Xevo G2-S 4K
• Xevo G2-S

CAUSE

Software bug

The detector voltage and ion area did not change from previous values so there was nothing to update

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. This message is normal if the detector voltage and ion area did not change during detector setup
2. To see the detector setup results, go to the logs for the Xevo G2-XS and click on the "Detector setup" log
