QDa Health Monitor configuration settings are not being saved (CRI-2444) - WKB111391

SYMPTOMS
- Health Monitor configuration settings revert to default settings after reboot. This can manifest as the resolution expiration date not updating in the console, 'resolution expired' or 'calibration expired' error messages when the calibration/resolution has successfully passed.
ENVIRONMENT
- ACQUITY QDa Mass Detector
- MassLynx (often reported using SCN 993)
- Empower (associated with multiple driver packs)
CAUSE
Software defect
FIX or WORKAROUND
- With MassLynx systems using SCN 993, either downgrade to SCN 976 or upgrade to SCN 1036 if it's a preparative system (see additional information)
- For Empower systems, the issue is due to be fixed in next driver pack DP2021R1 (code name Jade) scheduled for 2021 release.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Defect documented in JIRA as CRI-2444. Will be fixed in next SCN in Q3 2022 and driver pack released for QDa.end of Q1 2022
SCN 1036 has been developed, tested, and released only for Prep configurations. It has not been tested for general MS use.
