- No ion beam with default settings on StepWave tab
- Ion beam present with Head Gradient set to 4V
- Changes to other StepWave settings have no effect on ion beam
- Changes to cone voltage has no effect on ion beam
ENVIRONMENT
- Xevo TQ-S micro
CAUSE
Broken DC4 connection on the Snowboy
FIX or WORKAROUND
Replace the Snowboy assembly (700012251).
