SYMPTOMS
- System high pressure
- Without a column, pressure is 700 psi running 1 mL/min with H2O
ENVIRONMENT
- 2695 Separations Module
- ACQUITY UPLC family
CAUSE
The column outlet tubing to detector inlet is clogged.
The column inlet tubing (seal pack outlet to column) is clogged.
The tubing ID is not the correct one for customer application.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Replace the tubing.
