- Liquid appears on top of vials in the sample chamber
ENVIRONMENT
- Alliance HPLC system
- 2695 Separations Module
CAUSE
Seals are not adjusted (needle step motor could lose steps over time).
Seal pack requires replacement
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Perform seal adjustment.
- Repeat injection and verify correct system functionality, if not functioning still replace the seal pack part number WAT271019 for standard and 700011783 for performance plus rebuild kit.
