SYMPTOMS

Quaternary Solvent Manager (QSM) Dynamic leak test failing with "Primary unable to compress" error.

CAUSE

Seals unable to hold pressure. Rebuild pump head.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Perform pump head maintenance
