SYMPTOMS
- Stop Flow input-activated command stops solvent delivery when flow is initiated
- No other issues or errors seen
- Stop Flow still shows even if system is ready (MS is present with gas on and in Operate, detector lamp on, and so on)
ENVIRONMENT
- MS Console
- ACQUITY UPLC BSM
- ACQUITY UPLC QSM
CAUSE
Unknown
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Disconnect Stop flow cable from MS
- Restart the BSM.
- Restart the computer.
