SYMPTOMS

• Peak tailing observed in chromatograms on both ACQUITY UPLC and H-Class systems
• New mobile phases did not rectify issue
• Solvent manager and sample manager diagnostics pass
• No column pre-filters used
• No tubing modifications or maintenance performed on systems
