CAUSE
Mismatched firmware and drivers
FIX or WORKAROUND
Upgrade the firmware to the firmware included in the driver pack installed on the LAC/E.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The detector in this example had firmware v2.03 and the driver on the LAC/E was v1.70.
For proper operation, firmware v2.03 requires ICS v1.01. If using ICS v1.70, the firmware required is v2.2.
In another instance the firmware was current (2.20) but the driver was old (1.01) and needed to be updated.
