Sample remains after injection on 2767 - WKB95500

SYMPTOMS

• The volume of aspirated sample becomes small and sample remains with 2767
• Air entrainment in the tube

ENVIRONMENT

• 2767 sample manager

CAUSE

Loose screw on tube or defective mini wash pump or tube

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Retighten the screw on the tube.

2. If step 1 does not work, replace the mini wash pump (700001311 - PUMP, UNIVERSAL MINIWASH, ASSY).

3. If the issue persists, replace the thin tubing of T6, T7, and T8 to fix the issue.
