- System components not seen on Ethernet
ENVIRONMENT
- ACQUITY UPLC (Classic)
- ACQUITY HT Single Column Heater
CAUSE
The internal Ethernet switch on the HT Column Heater Module is not working.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Bypass the column heater switch. Replace the switch with a stand-alone switch.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The Ethernet board is not required for control of the Column Heater, so a stand-alone switch can be used.
