- System components not being seen on Ethernet
ENVIRONMENT
- Acquity UPLC (Classic)
- Acquity HT Single Column Heater
CAUSE
Ethernet switch internal to the HT Column Heater Module not working
FIX or WORKAROUND
- . Bypass the column heater switch. Replace the switch with a standalone switch.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The Ethernet board is not required for control of the Column Heater. Therefore a stand alone switch can be used
