CAUSE
Loose fitting
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Tighten the sample loop.
- Pressurize the system to approximately 3500 psi or operating pressure.
- Inspect the fitting for leaks.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If leaks persist, replace the sample loop.
