SYMPTOMS
- System flows normally during regular operation
- Purge injector completes without error
- Error occurs during wet prime, showing pressure of >350 psi and stopping flow
ENVIRONMENT
- Alliance HPLC System
CAUSE
Waste (clear colored) line out of V3 is kinked or blocked.
V3 (700001229) has failed.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Remove blockage from the V3 waste line.
- If blockage is not the issue, replace V3.
