Sticky check valves
FIX or WORKAROUND
Flush the system with MeOH and then H2O.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
ACN tends to coat the ruby ball of the ball-and-seat check valves over time, making it sticky. MeOH is the best solvent to clean the check valves.
