How to perform Wet Prime in Empower 3 on Alliance - WKB83736

Create a startup system from Empower 3 (Wet Prime function).

ENVIRONMENT

• Alliance
• Empower 3

PROCEDURE

1. Open Run Samples in Empower 3.
2. In the Sample Set table, select Wet Prime in the "Function" column.
3. In the "Auto Additions" Column, set the flow rate of Wet Prime.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

You must first create an Instrument Method.

In this Instrument Method, the composition of the Wet Prime should be fixed to 100% A. All other parameters can remain at default.
