Degasser vacuum pump over pressure - WKB82568

SYMPTOMS

• Turning on the ACQUITY UPLC BSM gives the error "Degasser Vacuum Pump Over Pressure"
• Power cycled the ACQUITY UPLC BSM several times, but same error occurs
• Other errors that appear are degasser pressure not reached 1.3, degasser no vacuum and degasser electronics failure

ENVIRONMENT

• ACQUITY UPLC BSM
• ACQUITY UPLC QSM 

CAUSE

The lines are dry or have air in them

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Power-on the ACQUITY UPLC BSM / QSM.
2. Prime all solvent lines thoroughly.
