- ACQUITY UPLC I-Class Sample Organizer
CAUSE
Unknown
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Remove all trays and plates from the Sample Organizer.
- Run the "Scan and Store shelf layout" function in the ACQUITY Console (under Sample Organizer > Configure)
- Place the trays back in the Sample Organizer.
- Repeat the Scan and Store function again.
