- ACQUITY BSM is unavailable in the Console and in the Empower Run Samples screen
- Restarting BSM does not resolve the issue
- DHCP shows IP, MAC address, Type and Name
- IP address pings properly
ENVIRONMENT
- ACQUITY BSM (binary solvent manager)
- Driver Pack 4 (DP4)
- Empower 3
CAUSE
Unknown.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Close out of Empower Run samples and ACQUITY Console.
- Run the StopACQUITYProcesses.cmd (C:\Empower\Instruments\Bin).
- Relaunch Console.
