- Characterize needle and loop volumes: failed to calibrate system volume
- All diagnostic tests pass
ENVIRONMENT
- ACQUITY UPLC Sample Manager
- ACQUITY I-CLASS SM-FL
CAUSE
The ferrule and backing ferrule on the sample loop are not installed correctly or the injector pod has a leak
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Replace the sample loop.
- Rerun the test.
- If it continues to fail replace the injector valve
