CAUSE
On the newly designed V4, the inlet features a 1/8-inch PTFE tubing and a PEEK connector. Loose tubing can cause liquid leakage and may even lead to lack of needle wash flow during operation.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Tighten the inlet fitting (indicated by the red-circled area in the figure.
