SYMPTOMS
- "Missing plate or rack" error message in control panel
- Resetting or rebooting the 2707 does not correct the problem
- Error occurs regardless of plate or vial location
- Remove the plate from the carousal and reseatting doesn't correct problem

CAUSE
Damaged needle
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Replace the needle (700003842, NEEDLE ASSY, STD) and recalibrate.
