CAUSE
The injection valve to column switching valve/column tubing is blocked.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Replace the tubing.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The valve-to-column tubing is often replaced with 0.005" ID PEEK tubing. Over time, the Rheodyne metal ferrules impinge the tubing, causing a blockage.
