SYMPTOMS

• Leak inside sample compartment
• Pressure lower than usual.
• Loss of mobile phase.

ENVIRONMENT

717plus Autosampler

CAUSE

1. Sample loop leaking (split loop).
2. loose or over tightened compression fitting.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Replace sample loop (200 ul: WAT045584/2 ml: WAT069106).
2. Tighten compression fittings, if still leaking replace them.
3. Perform injector purge and compression check.
