1515 "High Pressure Shutdown" error in Breeze 2 - WKB62116

SYMPTOMS

  • Running Waters Beverage Analysis with column (Waters XBridge BEH Phenyl 2.5 µm 4.6 x 75 mm) connected, a "High Pressure Shutdown" error appears in Breeze 2
  • With union connected, pressure is steady and low
  • System is flushed with 100% water
  • Multiple Waters XBridge BEH Phenyl 2.5 µm 4.6 x 75 mm columns bring the same error
  • With column connected directly to the outlet of the 1515, the same error occurs

CAUSE

Clogged column
