SYMPTOMS
- System overpressure error after 10 minutes of running samples
- Changing column and guard column does not correct
- No blocks found in the pump and sample manager
ENVIRONMENT
- ACQUITY I-Class System
- Xevo G2 ToF
CAUSE
Blocked tube leading to ESI inlet in the MS
FIX or WORKAROUND
Replace with black PEEK tubing (700003799 - Black PEEK 1/16" x 0.004 x 60").
