- APC System produces higher pressure than expected

The seat port 0.003 ID tubing was clogged. By setting a flow and loosening and tightening the fittings along the flow path, it was determined that the high pressure was coming from the sample manager. The needle was removed and solvent was manually flushed through without issue. The seat port tubing was clogged; solvent could not be manually flushed through the tubing.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Replace the seat port 0.003 ID tubing (700006056).
The customer was using preslit Waters vials. Dust from recent construction in the lab may have settled in the customer's sample vials, which were left open on the sample prep bench.
