The sample manager battery power is low.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Calibrate the z axis.
- If the error occurs again after calibration, replace the battery .The battery can be either of the following:
If the error still occurs, clear the non-volatile RAM on the sample manager.
Check the serial number of the instrument in console and if it has lost the serial number , enter the serial number after replacing battery .
