- Error: "Rotary Tray Lost Synchronization" seen in console
- Resetting instrument does not clear the error
- Rotary tray stutters while trying to move
ENVIRONMENT
- ACQUITY UPLC H-Class SM-FTN
- ACQUITY UPLC H-Class Bio SM-FTN
CAUSE
The rotary tray is improperly installed.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Reinstall the rotary tray.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
When installing the rotary tray, take care to align the center pin of the rotary drive plate with the center hole on the underside of the rotary tray, and the locating pin of the rotary drive plate with the smaller hole in the tray.
