ENVIRONMENT

CAUSE
Partial clog in in-line filter
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Wet prime the Alliance at 7.5ml/min for 1 min.
- Back pressure for any mobile phase should be between 100-400psi.
- If pressure is greater than 400psi then likely there is a partial blockage at the inline filter.
- Replace the IN-LINE FILTER ASSY (WAT035190).
- Verify that no further overpressure occurs.
