No flow from ACQUITY UPLC H-Class Quaternary Solvent Manager QSM - WKB49772

SYMPTOMS

• No flow from QSM
• No pressure readback in the console
• When priming through the console, no flow is seen from the vent valve tubing
• Or priming is fine and flow is normal before going to column but no flow after column

CAUSE

The primary and/or accumulator pump is leaking.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Rebuild the primary pump (H-Class/Classic: 700004747  H-Class Bio: 700010581 Arc 700011072 I-Class: 700010583) and/or accumulator pump (H-Class/Classic: 700004746  H-Class Bio: 700010582 Arc 700011073 I-Class: 700010584).
