- "QDa data missing" message on the chromatogram plot
- QDa does not acquire data
- UV detector is acquiring
- In the console, QDa shows as running

CAUSE
The QDa instrument method uses a sample rate of 15 pts/sec.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Reduce the sample rate to 10 pts/sec in the instrument method.

This issue was fixed in Driver Pack 2017 Release 2 (DP2017R2).
