ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The detector communicates with Empower through a USB connection, which also requires a USB driver. The driver is USB Device driver v2.51.1.0 published by Metrohm International Headquarters and included in the ICS bundle.
Please view the link above for additional information regarding driver compatibility, which includes the following:
"With a standalone Empower workstation, run the 2432 only in a system where all instrument control software and firmware have been upgraded to Driver Pack 4 SR1.
In an Empower network, run the 2432 only in a system where all instrument control software and firmware have been upgraded to Driver Pack 4 SR1 or higher. You must install DP4 SR1 on the client and on each LAC/E module that is running a 2432 Conductivity Detector."
