Error with Alliance 2695: An inject request has failed - WKB46508

SYMPTOMS

• Error: An inject request has failed in middle of run in run sample window
• No errors on front panel of instrument
• Instrument failure for e2695 shows up in message center

ENVIRONMENT

• Alliance e2695 (3.00 firmware)
• Alliance HPLC system
• 2695 Separations Module
• Empower 3

CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Reboot the computer and system.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

If reboot doesn't resolve the issue, update firmware to 3.02.
