- Sample Manager Flow Through Needle (SM-FTN)
- Sample Manager Fixed Loop (FL)
CAUSE
Needle not installed properly. Preventing proper movement of injector
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Reinstall Needle. Ensure correct placement.
