Damage to ZenFit tubing - WKB30780

SYMPTOMS

• The ends of the ZenFit tubes are damaged
• M-Class valve ports become blocked by debris from the fittings

ENVIRONMENT

• M-Class

CAUSE

Damage can be caused by over-tightening of the ZenFit tubing, 

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Follow the tightening guidelines for ZenFit: finger tight, and then further hand-tightening over the radius of the white painted mark on the end of the ZenFit fitting. Refer to the manual (715005299). Do not use tools.
2. Using the port check gauge (700011520), inspect the valve port for debris/obstructions that might cause damage to the tubing.
