SYMPTOMS
- Plunger homing over pressure error on startup
- Power-off system, open vent valve, and power-on system, but error persists
ENVIRONMENT
- 2695 Separations Module
CAUSE
Clogged tubing
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Disconnect the accumulator check valve housing; resume initialization if necessary
- Reconnect the housing and check out if the error still persists.
- Replace tubing as necessary
