- Interpump communications HW failure on the ACQUITY I-Class BSM occurs:
- every time the run button is pressed in Empower
- when priming pump
- Reset and reboot of BSM does not resolve
- ACQUITY UPLC BSM
- ACQUITY UPLC I-Class
Cable from transducer unplugged or not seated correctly
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Power-off the BSM.
- Reseat the cables in the pump (one for each pump).
- Power-on the BSM.
- Reset the BSM in the ACQUITY Console.
