H-Class fails SQT test injections; retention times shifted 0.5 minutes faster and peak height was 0.1 - WKB27913

SYMPTOMS

• After PM, H-Class fails SQT test injections with shifted RT and peak height of 0.1 AU
• Repeating PM does not correct the issue
• Adjusting optics and replacing flow cell on TUV does not correct issue
• Use of premixed mobile phase passes tests
• Replacing GPV does not correct the issue
• All diagnostics pass

CAUSE

Wrong solvent (acetone instead of acetonitrile) was used in mobile phase.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Remake mobile phase according to procedure.
2. Rerun all testing.
