Replace the tubing from the tee to the mixer (Part Number 700012718).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Damaged threads can require that part 700012721 (TEE, TITANIUM, V-DETAIL, .010 ID) be replaced, as well as the tubing 700012719 and 700012720 (the vent valve to tee piece tubing, both with 0.005" ID).

In the current parts.waters.com site, under ACQUITY Premier BSM (186018000), different tubing with 0.007" ID is present.
