• Empower 3

CAUSE

Faulty inject start cable

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Replace the inject start cable which connects the 2695 Separations Module and the 2998 Photodiode Array Detector

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Prior to replacing the cable, try simply reseating the connections and make sure the wire is not pinched or crimped.
